Return/Replacement is a process of replacing something in place of another. A buyer can ask for replacement in case the item is damaged in the process of shipping or wrong item sent. The item will have to be returned through the same courier whose phone number contact will be provided in the documents. The company will be obliged to provide a replacement only after the return of the damaged product. The company will not be liable to give any refund amount instead of replacing the product. The cost to return the item will be incurred and borne by the company.
Cancellation cannot be done once an order has been placed.

However, the company shall not be responsible or take any liability in case of any loss or damage occurring directly or indirectly to the buyer.
